Glad you’re here
We are so glad you are here! We know that stepping into a new place for the first time can be overwhelming. Our desire as you visit is that you would know the gospel of Jesus, connect in Gospel relationships and live for His mission in your world as family.
Our vision is to see the Kingdom of Christ advance from the neighborhoods to the nations for the glory of God
We exist to make maturing and multiplying disciples
who increasingly believe who they are in Christ as they intentionally endeavor to Know Jesus, Connect in gospel relationships, and Live for the King’s mission in their world.
The word “Gospel” literally means “good news.” In short, the Gospel of Jesus is this: God Himself has come to earth among us to rescue and renew creation in and through the work of Jesus Christ on our behalf. At Summit Crossing, we long for people to KNOW what God has done for them in the Lord Jesus and how that transforms every aspect of their lives.
Each week we gather together as a church family in a couple different environments: the gathered church and the scattered church. Summit Crossing Community Church gathers weekly for expositional teaching, singing, prayer, communion, and giving. These weekly gatherings equip and encourage the whole church body with the Gospel. The other primary way the church connects is in missional community, which is a family of servant missionaries sent to make disciples in the everyday stuff of life.
Jesus’ commission to his followers was to make disciples baptizing them and teaching them to obey everything that he had spoken, which touches every single aspect of our lives. Because we have been empowered, indwelt, and sent by the Holy Spirit, we are missionaries who are seeking to tell everyone about the good news of Jesus.
Ready to join us? Here’s what you can expect.
Summit Crossing is a welcoming home to all people, making disciples of all ages that know the gospel, connect in gospel relationships, and live for the King’s mission in their world. On Sundays, we gather to sing, pray, encourage, and support one another with the love that only comes from a faith in Jesus Christ. We hope you find your visit authentic and become part of our gospel-centered family.
We gather each week for in-person services on Sundays at 9AM and 11AM with live streaming at 9AM service.
As you arrive, our amazing parking team will guide you where to park. This team also offers a golf cart shuttle service from the lower parking lot and further parking areas.
It’s good to arrive around 10-15 minutes to allow for parking and ensure a seat in the worship center.
As far as dress for our Sunday gatherings, you are encouraged to come as you are, whether it’s shorts or a suit. Our members and attendees typically dress casual.
If it’s your first time checking in your children, first head to the check-in desk at the Summit Kids lobby. After your first visit, you will be able to check-in using the self-service kiosks. There will be several volunteers that are available to assist you should you need help. Classes open up 20 minutes before each service begins. Once you have checked in to the system you will receive security stickers for your child and yourself. These serve two purposes:
- Child Pick-up: you must present your sticker to match the child’s before they are released.
- Allergy Information is printed on the sticker for quick reference for teachers
Yes! Summit Kids offers classes for Base Camp (birth – 4 years), Expedition (K-3rd Grade), and Grapple (4th – 5th Grade) during the 9AM and 11AM services.
Our volunteers are trained and screened and classroom teacher-to-child ratios are maintained to ensure child safety.
Our livestream can be watched on Sundays at 9AM on our livestream page, Youtube, Facebook, or the Summit Crossing Apple TV and Roku Apps.
