A $50 deposit is required to register.

REFUND POLICY

• The $50 deposit is non-refundable.
• Registrations canceled on or before 6/14/23 will be refunded all payment except the non-refundable $50 deposit.
• Registrations canceled after 6/14/23 will only be refunded payment if a camper can be found to take the place of the original registrant. The $50 deposit will not be refunded.

REGISTRATION

For Campers

Camp registration is based on the student’s grade during the 2022-2023 school year. Ascend Camp is for current 6th-8th graders. Apex Camp is for current 9th-12th graders. To register, please fill out the link below that says “REGISTER HERE”.  Once your registration form is complete, please use the “ONLINE PAYMENT FORM” to make any camp payments.

ONLINE PAYMENTS

Online payments towards existing registrations can be made at any time prior to the 6/14/2023 payment deadline. If payments are made using any other method, please clearly indicate the name of the camper on the payment so that it can be applied to the correct registration.

We never want financial concerns to interfere with a student’s ability to go to camp. We would love to have you apply for a scholarship or contribute towards the scholarship fund.
