REFUND POLICY
- The $50 deposit is non-refundable.
- Registrations canceled on or before 6/14/25 will be refunded all payment except the non-refundable $50 deposit.
- Registrations canceled after 6/14/25 will only be refunded payment if a camper can be found to take the place of the original registrant. The $50 deposit will not be refunded.

We are now operating a wait list for camper registrations. Use the “Registration Form” link below to add your name to the list. You will be contacted with next steps once available cabin space can be confirmed.
ONLINE PAYMENTS
April 9th Update:
If you have added your camper registration to the waitlist, do not submit payment until available cabin space has been confirmed.
Online payments towards existing registrations can be made at any time prior to the 6/14/2025 payment deadline. If payments are made using any other method, please clearly indicate the name of the camper on the payment so that it can be applied to the correct registration.
CAMP SCHOLARSHIPS
We never want financial concerns to interfere with a student’s ability to go to camp. We would love to have you apply for a scholarship or contribute towards the scholarship fund.
