REFUND POLICY

• The $50 deposit is non-refundable.
• Registrations canceled on or before 6/1/26 will be refunded all payment except the non-refundable $50 deposit.
• Registrations canceled after 6/1/26 will only be refunded payment if a camper can be found to take the place of the original registrant. The $50 deposit will not be refunded.

ONLINE PAYMENTS

Online payments towards existing registrations can be made at any time prior to the 6/1/2026 payment deadline. If payments are made using any other method, please clearly indicate the name of the camper on the payment so that it can be applied to the correct registration.
