Many of you have been asking about how to serve with Community of Hope— since their premises isn’t yet built— and they recently started a new opportunity called Restoration Works! It exists to provide community for our friends in Huntsville who are experiencing homelessness, and also to help provide them with employment opportunities. Volunteers and homeless friends are helping to build up inventory for crafts to sell— in this case, Christmas ornaments! They’d love to have you join for an easy handcrafting event and hopefully make some friends along the way. No registration (or specific art skills) are required.
