Summit Crossing Missional Community staff will be conducting a 2-session intensive to equip MC Members to take their next step in living out the vision and mission of Summit Crossing as MC Leaders. This intensive will help equip members to launch new Missional Communities through MC101, lead new groups through multiplication, or simply provide encouragement and support to current leaders who desire additional training. The goal of the intensive is to properly define what it means to be an MC Leader, listening to the Spirit’s call on the MC toward a Common Mission, discipling members who increasingly believe who they are in Christ, and to equip the next generation of leaders within the church. The intensive will also include an assessment component to help the potential leader decide next steps towards MC Leadership. Registration and more info here!
